Now that Suzy and I have recovered a bit from Saturday we send a huge ‘thank you’ to you and your team for your marvellous contribution to our big day. Not only was the food generous in quantity and absolutely wonderful in quality (not just our judgement but what everyone there said) you even managed to bring the weather with you- although it would have helped my nerves if the sun had arrived just a little earlier!
 
Your team was great too- Tom calm and organised, the two ladies competent willing and personable. I particularly like the way they all contributed to do whatever needed to be done to make the day go well, without thinking about whether it was their job or not.
 
The one thing I need you to do now is to tell me how you make such fabulous crackling, by far the best I have ever had- crisp but fragile and what flavour! What is the secret?

I just wanted to send you a quick email to say how grateful I am for your help with my daughters christening on the 31st May. I am sorry that I barely got to see you on Sunday as I was being wanted all over the place. The fact that I was able to have full confidence in you on the day and was able to concentrate on other things is testament to what a wonderful service you provide as well as your positive "can-do" attitude.

We have had so many comments from our guests about how tasty and tender the pork was, how professional you both were as well as how effortless you made the day.

I had to talk my mother in law around to the idea of having a pig roast in her garden but she was so thrilled about your service and how friendly and helpful you were that she was over the moon with the day. Trust me that's no mean feat!

I come from a family of event-planners (my mother, brother and I ran About Taste Catering in Cornwall up until 2013) and so I appreciate how hard you work especially as your service was simply faultless.

I do hope that we will be able to use your services again in the near future.

" From day one, we knew we'd found a excellent supplier. The Pig Roast Hire Company were responsive and able to cater to our exact needs throughout.
Lee and team provided a hog roast for our wedding and ensured the meat was succulent with the juices held perfectly for an incredible flavour. A delicious Vegetarian option was offered along with hot dogs for children. Accompanying the mains we had home-made salads, corn on the cob, Ciabatta rolls and sweet potato chips . Dessert followed, equally as scrummy as the main. We could not have asked for anything more. 
People have since commented it was the best wedding food they'd ever had. In addition to the food, the team provided all the glassware, plates, cutlery, table clothes and even a popcorn machine for the evening entertainment. 
The staff worked brilliant together, every small detail was accounted for and James and I could not be more grateful. "

Thank you so much for today. Everyone was raving about the pig, and afterwards swarming into my office for more helpings. The pork was so morish and perfectly cooked. The vegetarians loved the mushrooms and the salads were fab.
 
Can’t thank you enough for contributing to a successful event.
 
If ok with you the salad dishes are being used for the night shift so I can pop them back on Monday if that ok we keep them until then.

I have been asked by Janet Morgan to leave feedback in relation to the Spit Roast for our wedding celebration.

The Feedback from our guest was that the spit roast was superb and the accompaniments were excellent. There was nothing but praise about the food on offer. My personal experience was that I have never had a better eating experience but what topped the this was your personal touch that was provided by you and you team. I would never hesitate to recommend you. If I had the opportunity to have another function and required catering, you would be the first person I would contact. We all enjoyed the Pig Roast last Sunday and it made our Family Day very special.

You and Debbie did a professional job of making the roast a central part of the occasion especially when it was displayed on the spit before carving.
Everyone enjoyed the food. I only wish they had let me know that the 2 vegetarians had not claimed their mushrooms. I didn't realise they had not been fed until later. Never mind, they topped up on other things.

Sorry for the delay in replying, its been a manic few weeks with honeymoon and Big birthdays!!

Thanks so much for the hog roast at our wedding, we have had so many good reports back from our guests, particularly the vegetarians who were very impressed with the segregation of the food and changes in gloves etc. It all went down really well. 

I will definitely pass on your thanks to them all. The staff at the hotel were brilliant on the day.
